The Stormwater Conference & Expo 2026 is to be held at NZICC in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland on 12-14 May 2026, we expect approximately 500+ attendees at the Conference, some of whom will be Water New Zealand members while others will be interested parties.

We are pleased to be able to offer all members* of Water New Zealand the opportunity to exhibit at the Stormwater Conference & Expo 2026. You will need to have your membership number available when booking.

Stand Details:

•    3m x 3m stand $3,900 plus GST (NZD)

  • Exhibition 3m x 3m booth with Velcro-receptive fabric on all sides (2.3m high)
  • 2 x 150 watt spotlights
  • 1 x 4 way multi-box
  • 1 x company name sign
  • Please supply your own branding/signage for your site
  • Two complimentary Exhibitor Passes
  • Exhibitors have access to all morning teas, afternoon teas and lunches, as well as the Welcome Function (Exhibition Stands are to be open during Welcome Function)
  • Other Social Functions are an additional cost to the exhibitor
  • Additional Exhibitor Passes are available at a charge of NZ $265.00 + GST each

  • Exposure to existing customers and new prospects
  • Highlight the strong partnership between your company and Water New Zealand and to offer the best possible solutions to your customers
  • Face to face time with professionals to learn more about their business needs
  • Educate delegates about your company’s products, services and/or solutions
  • Provide value to the Conference attendees through awareness of new technologies and solutions

*Please note you must be a member of Water New Zealand in order to book an exhibition space at the 2026 conference. Bookings are taken on a first in first-served basis, once the exhibition is sold out a waitlist will be created for those who missed out. You will need to have your membership number available at the time of registration.
